Prior to co-founding K&B, John led ENTEX Information Services, managing major enterprise relationships including Microsoft, GTE, Coca-Cola, and MetLife.
He co-founded K&B to institutionalize a repeatable model for closing the execution gap ensuring strategy translates into sustained financial and operational performance.
Merrick Bernstein | Managing Partner and Co-Founder
Merrick brings more than 25 years of experience as an attorney and business executive, specializing in complex IT sourcing, commercial structuring, procurement strategy, vendor governance, and acquisition integration.
He focuses on designing contract and incentive models that protect enterprise value, improve EBITDA performance, and ensure post-acquisition operating environments are disciplined and scalable. Merrick has led sourcing restructures and commercial transformations across Fortune 100 organizations in healthcare IT, consumer products, cybersecurity, and SaaS environments.
