Shampa began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney and highly effective lead trial counsel in complex criminal felony cases. This experience expanded into the civil arena as a litigation expert specializing in school law and employment law issues in administrative hearings, EEOC hearings, and school board hearings. Shampa is experienced in commercial and contract law and negotiations, employment law, and corporate compliance and advises the firm across multiple dimensions.
