Michael brings expertise and seasoned strategic sourcing, vendor management, and business operations experience to K&B. He was formerly the director of VMO in Dell’s IT organization, where he led externally sourced Human Capital (HCM) activities, including professional services, consulting, BPO/managed services, contingent labor, and others. He’s managed many large-scale, enterprise-wide programs and is a skilled negotiator and relationship builder and currently is a core lead of K&B’s Vendor Management Practice.
