He’s an expert in program and project management, global team building, product and service development, continuous improvement, process design, organization restructuring, and performance management. He formerly managed Automated Service Request project teams at Oracle, helping the company increase the product connection rate from 15% to over 52%. His success led to improved customer satisfaction, increased automated service requests, and reduced costs of over $15 million.
