Aileen brings more than two decades of experience in IT operations and process and performance management to K&B. For 10 years, she was a manager in the Information Technology Division of Southeast Asia at Johnson & Johnson, where she won Business Partner of the Year in 2006 and 2008. She has been an Enterprise Service Management Leader and ServiceNow Platform Owner for 12 years, working with Las Vegas Sands, Caesars Entertainment, and bpx Energy.
