Wade is an expert at delivering executive leadership to tech companies. He has three decades of experience in finance operations, including strategic planning, implementing operating systems, leading acquisitions, and raising capital. He began his career in corporate development and served as VP of Finance & Administration for an international logistics information solutions provider. Wade previously served as VP of Finance for LexisNexis’ Marketing and Business Solutions division, COO and CFO for Engineous Software, and CFO for Insite Clinical Trials.
